  According to the "Responsibility Regulations for the Repair and Replacement of Certain Commodities of the People's Republic of China", Indim provides the services of "repair, replacement, and return". (referred to as "three guarantees")

  1、7 days no reason to return

  Within 7 days from the date of shipment, if the equipment has the non-human damage performance listed in the national three-package regulations, you can choose to repair or replace the same model.

  Specifications of the equipment, or choose to return.

  2、 1 year machine warranty

  From 7 days to 1 year from the date of shipment, if the equipment has the non-human damage performance listed in the national three guarantees, we will provide you with free repair and free replacement if you cannot repair. (Note: consumables, except for auxiliary tools)

        How to use the Edirm 3D printer correctly

  ·Before printing, please read the product manual carefully, adjust the printing platform first, and then start the official printing;

  ·After the printing work, try to seal and save the consumables to avoid the printing quality due to the moisture of the consumables. At the beginning of the next printing, preheat the nozzle first, let the nozzle automatically take out the wire for about one minute, and then start the official printing;

  · Do not use the fan or air conditioning air outlet to face the printing platform during printing;

  ·Working environment recommended humidity: The relative humidity should not exceed 80%. Otherwise, the components inside the machine may be deteriorated due to condensation, or even a short circuit may damage the machine. The relative humidity should not be lower than 20%, otherwise it may cause excessive drying and cause static interference, causing garbled or wrong operation of the machine.

  3. If the product does not meet the warranty conditions and needs to be charged, the Yidim Authorized Service Center will charge the maintenance fee to the consumer, and indicate the reason for not meeting the warranty conditions on the maintenance  record or the invoice and receipt.

  [Service Description]

  1. Yidimu3D printer implements a one-year warranty period (starting from the date of invoicing);

  2. During the warranty period, all the faults caused by the quality of this product, please fill in the "Product Warranty" (see Appendix 2) and the online shop or return factory for free maintenance; 3. For customers who have passed the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer's after-sales service center if you need spare parts.

  4, 3D printer machine and control part warranty for 1 year (except for man-made or improper operation);

  5, chip, motor, power supply main firmware warranty for 1 year (except for man-made or improper operation);

  6, 3D printer nozzle and feeding parts warranty for 3 months (except for man-made or improper operation);

  7, the following conditions will not be able to provide goods return and exchange services:

  7.1 Unauthorized repair, misuse, collision, neglect, abuse, liquid injection, improper installation and other quality problems caused by man-made damage, such as tearing, labeling, not returning, changing service;

  7.2 The outer packaging, accessories, and instructions of the goods are incomplete, or any invoices, etc. are missing or altered;

  7.3 Non-commodity hardware quality problems, such as: dissatisfaction with color, color, appearance, shape, etc., are not within the scope of quality problems;

  8, return and exchange notices

  8.1 The manufacturer will not refund/change the quality problems caused by the buyer;

  8.2 Damage caused by irresistible external factors, such as earthquakes, tsunamis, lightning strikes, etc. The store will not be refunded/exchanged;

  8.3 The buyer did not sign the receipt according to the signing requirements, and the existing logistics loss problem will not be refunded/exchanged;  

        9. Paid service and charging standards

  9.1 The following description is the paid terms of service for the company.

  9.1.1 beyond the warranty period;

  9.1.2 Parts damage and malfunction caused by abnormal factors (including poor power supply environment, liquid or fluid contamination of equipment main board or motor);

  9.1.3 Machine malfunction or damage caused by unauthorized use or use of non-device own software;

  9.1.4 Failure or damage caused by unauthorized disassembly and assembly of the non-removable model without changing the components;

  9.1.5 All equipment caused by force majeure such as earthquakes, fires and other natural disasters or theft may not work properly;

  9.1.6 damage caused by the use of self-purchased parts and consumables;

  9.1.7 Failure or damage caused by working or unplugging the power supply.

  9.2 Return to factory maintenance service: working hours * standard working hours + accessories fee

  9.3 Return to the factory to repair the printer must be transported to the designated receiving point according to the packaging method required by the manufacturer;

  9.4 Return to the factory to repair the original accessories of the 3D printer must be installed in the box;

        9.5 On-site maintenance service: working hours * standard working hours + accessories costs + regional fees;

  9.5.1 The geographical fee is the long-distance transportation fee and accommodation expenses incurred by the company's technical personnel to and from the agent; There is no geographic fee for customer maintenance in the city.

  9.5.2 Working hours: 100 yuan / hour, less than half an hour is charged for half an hour, the service hours of each component can be found in the "Project and Standard Working Hours Reference Table"; For details of working hour fees, please refer to:“Project and Standard Working Hours Reference Table” (Schedule 1)
